Good hold, easy to use

I grabbed some El Hibrido a few weeks back, and it's pretty good. I like how it holds without making my hair feel super stiff, you know? Decent products, slow shipping

I ordered the grooming spray and a travel size pomade. The products themselves are quite good; the grooming spray gives a nice texture, and the travel pomade was convenient for a short trip. However, shipping took nearly a week which felt a bit long compared to other online stores I use. Everything was well-packaged, but the delivery time could definitely be improved. El Original is more of a medium hold, classic shine kinda pomade. El Fuerte is definitely stronger, more for if you need your hair locked in place all day.

Not usually if it's opened. Most places won't take back used grooming stuff for hygiene reasons.

I've never tried, but I'd assume no. Once it's open, it's yours. Maybe check their returns policy on the site, but don't get your hopes up for opened products.
